Nice easy seven mile run today. My pace was 08:17.71. I think this will be my only run today because it is my wife and my night out. Thanks for reading and have a great day!! :)

Thanks, Kory. But Gina feels that something bad is going to happen to me if i run. So i have decided to follow her advice and not do it. Plus, i am going to Boise the beginning of next week and spending a few days with Tim before he leaves for boot camp. So in other words i do not have the money to go up the extra days. How are you doing from your fall? Also, are you going to run the marathon next week?
