Nice easy run of three miles today. My pace was 8:57, but my shin was a little soar wile running and a lot soar after. Thanks for reading....

Sorry your shin doesn't get better, bummer! Hey, you don't think maybe you're running too fast? Maybe slowing down a bit would help... Well, if it gives you any hope, my shins are doing a lot better now - it only took 6 months!!! Hang in there Barry!

Thank you for your concern. I think you are right, i think i need to slow down and not run so fast. Today i was going to run three miles, but i was feeling really good so i decided to run six. And i think it was from slowing down. By the way you are doing awesome on your mileage. Are you planning on running a marathon soon? If you keep this up i see you breaking some PR's..
