From marion on Sun, Oct 26, 2008 at 15:45:10

I think it will be the Painters Half in St George in January. We may have a FRB impromptu race on the 1st of november for fun. I will forsure do a 5k on Thanksgiving. Your race is on the first isn't it?

From barry on Sun, Oct 26, 2008 at 17:36:12

Yep, Yep, Yep. My race is November 1, and it starts at 10:13 A.M.. Are you thinking about coming up and running it?

From barry on Sun, Oct 26, 2008 at 17:36:43

Also, the race is in Pocatello Idaho...

I am going November 12 and coming back on November 16. I did talk to him yesterday and he sounds better, he said that he is adjusting. Which for boot camp is a good thing! How fare are you from Salt lake?

From marion on Sun, Oct 26, 2008 at 19:08:19

Barry, Have you considered orthotics of some sort? Or have you already looked into that?

From Barry on Sun, Oct 26, 2008 at 22:02:19

I have not really thought about orthotics. I am going to the doctor on Friday for an vitamin IV i will ask him then. How have you been doing? I have been praying for you!

Isn't tapering great :) Good luck this weekend!

From barry on Mon, Oct 27, 2008 at 15:18:01

Thanks, i am hoping to run a 1:32 to 1:34 for this half. I like tapering, but i sure miss running my high miles. My weight is starting to come back slowly.
