Thanks, i am racing the half marathon on November 1. I am just cutting back my mileage for the next three weeks to be ready...

I'm probably not going to run much Friday either to be fresh for Saturday especially just coming off a marathon. The weather for us is going to be nasty we will definitely need to dress warm.

I think I've already done more miles than I wanted to this week but that's okay.
