Had a nice run today, my pace was 07:56.38. I will not be running tommorrow because i will be running 13. miles on Satruday.. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!
I'm probably not going to run much Friday either to be fresh for Saturday especially just coming off a marathon. The weather for us is going to be nasty we will definitely need to dress warm.
I think I've already done more miles than I wanted to this week but that's okay.
