Had a nice run of two miles today. My average pace was 8:16 and my legs were soar. But when i was at the GYM i read where they are starting a running club, so i think i  will go and check it out. Thanks for reading and have a great day... :)

Great way to stick to the plan :) Were the legs sore or was it the shins?

The legs were the most soar and the shin a little. Sorry my grammar is not the best. I am planning on running 55 to 60 miles this week. Wish me luck...

Good deal- just ice ice baby! :) NOw that you have a water heater you are good to go. Your mileage this will will be AWESOME!!! Are you getting close to having a recovery week? Don't forget those- they are THE BEST- for mind and body ;D

What do you suggest for a recovery week? I usually cut my running in half or something like that.

From marion on Sun, Aug 17, 2008 at 23:49:23

Cutting the mileage in half would be super cool!!! :D I do 80% of the previous three weeks average. I really tend to over do things ;) so I have to be really strict with my mileage. I'm also a bit ocd with my excell spread sheets.
