My pace for three
miles was 7:31 then I felt like I was getting dizzy so I took a couple minute
break and drank some energy drink, and then finished off my last two miles at a
7:05 pace. I talked to my doctor this week and he told me the reason for my dizziness
was my blood sugar dropped and told me to drink apple juice before I run. I did
not have any apple juice so I substituted energy drink for it. I think next
week I will drink the apple juice and see how that makes me feel.
