Will write more later.

Later: Today my legs were a little soar, but not too bad. I ran eight miles in 7:53 with 0.5 incline. I have been wondering something and I could use some help. I am have a hard time knowing what to do to build my core training. I am trying to get my mileage in, but I am not sure how to build my core. I really could use some suggestions if anyone has any. I been doing set-ups, but I think there is more to do for running. My goal for the half marathon is 1:20 and I know I can not do that alone with just running. So any suggestions would be great. Anyway, thanks and have a great day!

I have just started working more on my core exercises so I am no expert but here are two websites that I found with some exercises I have started using. Let me know what you think.
