What a day; my pace was 7:02. Not too bad of a pace, but I
realized that I forgot how to pace myself when I run. Also I am hurting on hills,
because my second mile had a little hill and I did not do very well on running
it. I am predicting for my race
coming up in Salt Lake to be about 1:45 for a half marathon. So guess if anyone has any advice I could use
it now.
