Today’s run I was feeling pretty good; I ran five miles at 06:53.40. I don’t like running on a Sunday, but I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. This may sound a little weird but I found out that I am allergic to my sweat and it causing me to itch during my runs. So I am going to the doctor and having this problem fixed. Let me try to explain this, I get treated for whatever the problem might be and for the next twenty five hours I have to avoid the area. For example I am allergic to my sweat so I will go to the doctor and get treated for sweating and then I have to avoid sweating for 25 hours and then I will no longer be allergic to my sweat. I know it sounds really weird but it works. I hope this makes sense if not I will try to explain it better, just let me know.  Also this is my cut back week, so this week I will be only running half of what I would normally run. This week off is what I need to help my body recover from all my long running weeks.

Barry nice run. Don't sweat on me I don't want to catch it :-). Rachelle also doesn't want you to get too close to her.

Just kidding I hope the treatment works. One of these days Rachelle, Kathy and me and you need to run together. I'll get you outside in the cold weather. Good week Barry and I'll keep praying for you.
