Today i was trying to teach myself to relax while running fast. i think i stress myself out running at faster speeds. For me a 6:3? - 6:4? stresses me out, i think i can not handle running that fast for that long. So in my own way i was teaching myself not to stress out. I need to do this because of my race coming up. My overall pace was 7:16 pace. I hope this makes sense. Thanks for reading and have a great night!!

Barry, running at 6:3ish pace is good to practice and it a good tempo pace for you. Just focus on form and not speed when you pick the pace up. Friday maybe we can try running faster miles, but don't look at your pace just try to relax in good form. It's good to have a small intense workout before a race. I always do it in the taper. You just cut the amount of intensity miles that you would normally do when your in hard-core training.
