Thanks, i have a race coming up in November and i want to be at my best when it comes. Nice job on your run today. Are you using the new way of running?

From marion on Mon, Sep 22, 2008 at 17:48:01

Yes and no. When I run up hills, I try to focus on my heel strike, which gives me more of a mid stike and no toe strike. Slowing dowon on the majority of my runns has made a huge difference :) Hos your class/worshop going?
