Not much planned for this week in
running. I was told by my trainer to not run very much this week. My
pace today was 7:42 and according to him I am should be running 9:00
miles. So this week I am not running much and it will be a lot slower
times. Then I was told after this next race I should not plan any
races for a while. He wants to build my aerobic base mileage. Which I
am bummed because I want to race some more races, but I understand
what he wants to do.
