Not a bad day of running, my pace was 6:53. I was in a hurry, because my wife and I had plans to go to the movie. I am feeling the pain now.

It really is hard to stay at the same pace on a treadmill. Liked we talked about Sunday you just want to keep bumping up the speed. Nice run again. 6:53 is right at a 3 hour marathon :-).

It is very hard to slow down on the treadmill, but at night when i sleep i ache the whole night.

Are you stretching after and before your runs and drinking plenty of fluid? That could be some of the problem.

I do stretching before i run; i need to do some stretching after and see if that helps. I think it is because i am not use to running this fast. Also running six days a week is something new for me. I am use to running five days a week when i was younger and four days a week now that i am older. But i am adjusting to six days, i think.

Really Barry give it a month and your body will change. Your going to be running six days a week and feel good. There's still weeks of fatigue at times, which I go through myself. You'll be running a 6 minute flat mile in no time.
