Your 1/2 marathon plan looks good to me - you could post something on the discussion board - training review so that the big boys comment on it... It seems that what's important is to cut miles, but you can still do some fast stuff (maybe not too fast?) until the week before your race... This one's in the bag for sure! So is 1:30 your goal for Nov 1?

Thanks for the awesome complement. That was very nice. I am praying that i can beat my 1:30 goal. Also, that is a good idea about writing something in the discussion board about cutting back on mileage. How is your running coming along?
