I think i might have figured out why i keep getting blisters on the side of my foot. I think it is how i was tying my shoes. Today i changed how i was tying them and it seemed to help a lot. I guess time will tell. Anyway, ran eight miles at a 7:51 pace with 0.5 incline. I am having a hard time getting back and doing my sit-ups again. Maybe when the New Year starts i will start doing sit-ups again. Thanks for reading and have a great day and drive carefully for those who are getting snow!
