I just found out yesterday that my son (stepson) is now in the Air Force. I will write more later...

Today was a hard day. When i was getting ready at theGYM my friend asked me if i wanted to run with him, so i said ok. Boy i did not know what i was getting myself into. The first half of the run was almost straight up hill and i am not ready for hills yet. And this size of hill not even close. But i think i did ok, my friend told me that the first time he ran the hill he had to walk some of it because he was not ready for it. But i ran the whole thing without stopping. One good thing my shin did not give me too much of a proble, but that is to be expected. I did not do time, so i am not sure what my time was. Then i used the ellipticla for almost five minutes. So i guss not too bad of a day. Thanks for reading and have a great night... :)

Wow, that is big news. Keep us informed.

My brother was in the Air Force for 6 years as a linguist. They treated him well and I think he would say it was a good thing for him.

Thanks. I think it will be a good thing for my son. Ever since he has been out of school all he has really done was party and work. I think this will help him to grow up.. :)

Nice run Barry. Let me know the shoes you got were that I suggested.

I bought the shoes at sports authority. And i like them. Also, have you ran up trail creek?

Thanks. I sure was happy also. Do you think you have shin splints?
