I had good news from the doctor yesterday. He said that my shin is 75 to 80 % healed. I also talked to him about my training. He told me not to run on cement or asphalt because those are the hardest on your legs. Then I talked to him about cross training, so for now on Monday, Wednesday and Friday I am going to run. Then on Tuesday and Thursdays I am going to use either the stair stepper or the elliptical for about a half an hour and then run for a half an hour. I hope my plans works. I want to run a marathon this year and I would like to do well and this is my training plan to help me get there. Thanks for reading and I will write later today…

I ran for half an hour then used the stair stepper for another half an hour. My shin was a little soar, but other than that i am doing good.
