I did some speed drills today. 

  • 8:00 miles with my heart rate around 154
  • 7:24 miles with my heart rate around 152
  • 7:24 miles with my heart rate around 154
  • 7:24 miles with my heart rate around 158
  • 7:19 miles with my heart rate around 160
  • 6:58 miles with my heart rate around 162
  • 8:00 miles with my heart rate around 152

I felt really good, but tired. I am planing on running 4 tonight . Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day! :)

Evening: Ran four miles at a 7:58 pace with 0.5 incline. My legs started to feel like jello when i was done running!

Very nice run! Good job picking up the pace as you went. Didn't seem to push the HR up much even running 6:58.
