Easy ten miles. My pace for nine miles was 8:41 and my last mile was 7:30. I am having a very hard time telling where my pain in my leg is coming from. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading and have a good day....

Evening...

I had a free training session today, but she did not show. So while i was waiting for her i ran two miles.

Ice baby ice! I dunno- I'm some what of an idiot :) "Don't go breakin' your leg" Who sang that song? "I wouldn't if I tried!"

It sounds like you need a bat!

Great miles and an awesome pace!!!

Thanks for the advice. I will try it and let you know how it works. I am not sure who sang that song, sorry... So are you training for a Marathon?

No- I was training for Hobble Creek 1/2 (next week), until my calf busted me :( I am working on the Provo half for next spring (before I turn 40) and TOU marathon for the next fall (or any marathon before I turn 41). I am a very silly girl :D
