Early morning run with Rufio. Needed a long run this weekend so we tracked a little out and back down through the fields. Felt pretty good and used some GU on the return which I think helped me survive the last 4 miles uphill. All in all, I survived and needed some mental strength for the 17 miles and I think I will taper :) Bacon and eggs for breakfast anyone? (Glycerin 10: 96) |
