Pine Valley:  Perfect morning for a run. Went out with Carrie and CJ rode his bike. Did the loop up the canyon and on the river walkway trail. I extended it by cutting across the dam and looping again. Also gained some mileage by running back several times to keep CJ moving along. He did love the downhill on his bike.
