| Ran 5 miles on the trail with Colleen. It was a very nice day but boy was it hot in the sun after running a few miles. Finished in 45:19 Avg pace for 5 miles was 9:04 but then did 1 mile cool down with Coll. So ended up doing 6. |

| Ran 4 miles on the treadmill before work. Ran the first 3/4 of each mile at a 9:30 pace and the last 1/4 of each mile @ an 8:57. Finished in 37:25 Avg pace 9:22. After work I picked the kids up from their running club and took them to play at the aquatics center while I swam laps in the pool. Felt good. Tired now time for bed :) |

| Ran 5 miles on the trail at lunch with Colleen. She just came back from Boston so she ran 4 and I did an extra one alone. She said she hurt a little so shed slow me down, but no such luck! First mile was almost a 10 and then it all went downhill from there. Stayed around 8:23 pace. One alone was an 8:09 and the last one was an 8:49. To fast for a slow run lol. Finished with an overall pace of 8:45. |

| Ran 1 mile on the teadmill easy. Then jumped off and hit the track. Ran 1 mile warm up and then did 4X 1600 fast miles ( i think I averaged 7:30's but screwed up my watch :( ) Ran 800 jogs in between and then did 1 mile cool down. Avg 8:32 for 8 miles (Mile 1 was on the treadmill about a 9:30 pace). Finished in 1:08 |

| Ran outside on the trail after work. Watch messed up and all of the sudden I started running 6:30's (but there is no way i was). Ran from mile 5 down to Glen Oben and ran the Geln Oben hills, then headed back to mile 5 and ran Linstead once. Didnt think I had run enough so went back out and did one more mile......UGGG Stupid watch. Hopefully it just lost sattalite reception and it wont ever happen again. |

Ran 5 miles on the trail with Colleen. Perfect weather cool but a little too much wind, and by the end of the run we were running against some strong winds. (Supposed to be easy 9:30's but felt good and we talked the whole time even the last mile so I guess it wasnt to fast)
