Ran 11 miles on the trail before work....weather was great.

Mile 2- 8:19....better but too fast

Mile 9- 8:31

Mile 10- 8:40

Felt great! Got 5 of them under MP

Amy, that is seriously an incredible run!! You do not give yourself enough credit. Often my best runs come when I run a really slow first mile. NICELY DONE!!!!! Check out that 8:19 in the end!!!
