Went up to the Uintas to escape the heat (not something one typically says in late September). Was going to run to Amethyst Lake, but then Bald Mountain looked tempting so I did that. It has been years since I've been to the Uintas and I forgot how pretty it is up there. Rooster and I then walked around Mirror Lake and then played in the Provo River. That makes 3 new peaks for me and Roo since last Sunday!
