Zoo BST finishing with 5 x 20 second hill sprints. I feel like a superhero for the first 15 seconds and then my legs get flooded with a strange and foreign substance and then I want to fall down :)
Half Grandeur loop. It was too hot for Roo so we had to turn around :(
A slightly icy run up to Baker Pass. Bailed on actually getting to Gobbler's so we could get to brunch faster :)
