| | 7am- Ran 30 minutes up to the desert (the land of the chivas). I kept up with the team but I almost fell off the pack but I stayed up with them. My knees didn't hurt that much so that was just awesome. Running club after was pretty killer, it was hard keeping up with the little boys.

| | 3:30pm- Ran 40 minutes with hard finish and it really sucked. It was at least 105 degrees and we ran through deep sand and hard steep hills. Some parts I felt like i could have walked faster. It was really killer. I really tried to push hard but I nearly passed out for real but I didnt want to get 3rd degree burns on the burning sand. It was great.

| | 7am- 38 minutes or so run with 10 minute tempo like 6 minute pace. Im not sure how many total minutes cuz I didnt have a watch, but the guys came in like 2 minutes after me and jerry so yeah. It was good hard run, Matt really helped me alot during the tempo to not fall off the pace, it helped alot. I probly would have fallen back without him. Hes a good dude. No problems with leg pains so that is good. Im feeling stronger now that Im running more regulary.

| | 7am- Ran easy 30 minutes about 3.9 miles. My knees hurt a little bit but they got better as we went along. Running club after we played some capture the flag with the children (my team destroyed) then had them do a relay to scout out the faster kids.
3pm- Another easy 30 minutes about 4 miles. It was hot. We went to sandburgs pond. Some idiots said nice shorts and they call us qweers which we werent the ones checking out other guys but whatever it was funny. I had some trouble trying to keep up with the team but after a swim in the pond I felt quite refreshed and ready for action so that was good. Had some knee pain but not bad.

| | 7am- 40 minutes with 6 minute cruisers. Ran 6.2 miles. The first 2 repeats I kept up with the team. The third one I dropped back quite a bit. It was hard once I was off the group to push myself. Good workout.
2pm- 30 minute run with nick, paul, andrew, and cam. About 3.5 mile run down around sanbergs and the park. It was like 100 degrees, it felt tons better than running in 105.

12:30pm- Ran another 30 minutes 3.6 miles from pauls house to sanbergs pond and back again and went for a swim. My IT band killed on the way back and it sucked but otherwise it was nice run. | | 7am- Good workout, first we ran around the hood to get some minutes in, then went back to washington elementary and did speed intervals total was 7 miles and 52 minutes or something. We did 4-5-6-5-4 minute intervals at like 5:40 pace or so with 3 minute cool down in between. It was good hard workout and I really felt relaxed.
12pm- Nice 30 minute run out to the pond again. It was nice and my knees were tons better than yesterday. It was I think 3.6 miles and after we watched some world cup. It was great.

| | 7am- 35 minute run with the 6 minute test as well. From the start I was feeling pretty tired and really my legs just felt dead. On the 6 minute test I was nervous because i felt so tired and it really took my confidence. In the end I felt I could have done better but you know too late to change it.
8:20pm- Throughout the day I had 3 rough basketball games so I really had to force myself to get out and run cuz I was just ready to go to sleep. After I got going though It was ok. I got like 3.6 miles it was a 30 minute run out in the desert of the chiva. First run in my new Cascadias.

| | 9:30am- I missed practice today because I had a basketball game at 7:30 so I went for a run out in the desert. 45 minute run w/10 minute strong finish. I went through the desert and joined onto the tortoise trail and ran along that and flipped it at like 24 minutes. I felt really good no knee or leg pain except for extreme fatigue from doin so much stuff this week. I still even have 2 more basketball games today so this is a really rough week.
