| | 7am- ran a 60 minuter with the team with a 20 minute tempo at 620 pace. I felt good. Last week I didnt blog but I had a pretty solid first week and did a lot of hiking while getting all my minutes in (I mostly ran with Julien at like 6am). Anyways the tempo was a little tough but not too hard. It feels great getting back into things.
This is my first entry in a long while, I havent even entered my state race cuz ehh but Ill probably go back and do that. Since the end of track I have realized some things. Im ready for this next season.

| | 7am- 40 minute run today, 20 on road, 20 barefoot on the grass. towards the end of my run i got a weird side ache but up in my ribs. anyways it didnt go away all day it really bothered me. Afterwards we had kids club and I got my group updated on stuff going on in the running world. Taught them some really valuable info about good nutrition and then gave them popsicles. I spent then next 5 hours with a migraine which i slept off just in time to go to lifting. |

| | 7am- lol me and julien went to TRX at the rec center before practice (at 530). It was hard. I swear we did at least 70 jump squats. It was rough but we had 55 min easy run today so we survived through practice. ran up passed maverick and up a mountain. later in the day i did yoga. still sore from that workout |

| | 730am- ran up the wash behind my house for miles. It was rough and sandy but there was much wildlife. We hit up the golf course for a drink and ran on it aways and finished on my road. |

| | 630am- we had a long run today and it was tough. My legs felt dead from the beginning. We ran over into coral canyon and down through hell hole to sulivan park and back to the school. I was struggling to keep up the whole time. Breathing was off, short and ragged. Any type of hill left me crawling. Played basketball afterwards |

| | 7am- hill workout today. coach roberts said we would do them on grapevine but the boys decided we would do them on the hills by the tunnel. 5x1 minute and one set of 85 seconds on the end. I did fine on the first five. The last one I couldn't get moving and my back started to hurt and i did bad. I sat down and rested a bit then ran back by myself. over by the condos i saw a sick jaguar and an alfa romeo. They were so dope |

| | 7am- got a ride with brianna to practice over at the park by the dixie center. We did 55 minutes + striders. I saw my dad zoom by on his bike. stopped and did some pullups. My back hurts but not super bad. Bloomington is a very nice area. |
