| | 7am- ran 30 minutes. it was hard I ran with paul, bad side aches and my legs and chest and face hurt. running is so hard. after I did stretching and excercised a bit

| | 15 road 15 grass and some striders. today was 4x better than yesterday. yesterday I did a backflip off the high cliff at sand hollow though. and a front flip it was good.
Kids club after was way fun. allie came and helped with the 1st and second graders it was a good time.

| | 8am- me macen and parker drove up to weber state for boys state last night and this morning I didnt think i would be able to run but they were still checking people in at 8 so I went for a chill 40 minute run around the campus and checked out the track and stuff

| | 520am- I didnt get my workout in yesterday so I switched it. It was rainy and cold. I warmed up 25 minutes. The track was closed so I had to jump the fence. ran 4 miles on the track at fast pace, then cooled down for like 10 minutes. forgot my watch so all the time is based off feel and whenever I can see the big clock tower in the middle of campus.

| | 515am- we get to bed at like 12 everynight after a long day of guest speakers and meetings and elections so Im starting to get really really tired. Ran to the ogden temple, it was cool. Ogden high is a wierd looking school.

| | stayed up till 3 last night hanging with the boys in my city. boys state is awesome. anyways I did not get up and run because i needed to drive 6 hours after graduation and didnt want to pass out at the wheel.

| | 630am- long run down hells hole. it was alright but i was way tired. after we came out of hells hole i got really light headed so i stopped for a bit, then again i got light headed so i stopped. then I just decided to chill run back.

| | chill 25 minute tempo today. it felt good i ran in my long sleeve the whole time. it didnt get tough untill like the last couple minutes. i think we got a little over 4 miles

| | ive slacked on logging my runs for a week on accident, been doing good though. ran from coral canyon this morning and did the dogtown course backwards. had some striders but i got a couple in while i chased some rabbits through the desert.
