7am- First day of xc. 30 minutes easy. Me and Miles wrestled a goat on the side of the road. My hamstring is bothering me again.

8pm- i had youth conference all day so I got my run in right when I got back. 35 minutes easy with 3x3minute fartleks. The fartleks felt fine and it was a great day

7am- We had a progressive tempo at the dirt mile and I was not doing very well. I had to stop and walk sometimes. I dont know what the problem was but I just headed back. I got like 40 minutes.

7am- 30 minutes of grass and also some striders. Nice chill run. Macen won the first unofficial race of the season but whatever. After we had kids club and it was so beast. We played frisbee with the soccer goals and I got the winning goal after choking on a wide open shot and was voted MVP of the day. Then we talked some basketball and I explained to Carsons little bro that there is no possible way that Steph Curry is better than Lebron. That kid has no idea

7am- 60 minutes around washington. Good run. I keep working on getting my hamstring back to 100%. Right now Id say its at like 88%. Anything under 55% and I cant run on it so 88% is pretty good but it still bothers me. My mom gave me a hardcore lecture on nutrition and so Im going to make sure and get a good recovery meal (20% protein and 80% carbs and an extra 20% of fruit or veggies) within 30 to 60 minutes aftr my runs. After 60 minutes the abilaty for your body to replenish its glycogen storage drops dramaticly so to rebuild glycogen and muscle tissue it is essential that I get food in my body soon after a run.

7am-beast moderately long run starting in corral canyon. Prospecter trail is by far my favorite trail. I eveen ran with macen and carson and logan wich was awesome

7am- it was hot.I did 3x3minutes fartleks. my first one on nice flat ground, the second coming off of a steep downhill into a gradual downhill so that one was nice and fast and the 3rd was flat with some uphill at the end. I felt good

7am- 75 minutes today. We ran all the way to mustang pass but I flipped before we went up over. I felt kind of tired but it was a pretty good run. I ran the whole way back by my self. I dont really know why the other guys didnt flip with me. Striders after were good

running on the grass was nicce and it was great not to do striders. I felt truly blessed. After I played some fris biz (kwame brown strikes again). The races were dope and Id say the future looks bright for PVXC if those guys stay away from drugs and such
