| | 730- mustang pass from the church with a couple of the boys and tempo at the end. passed between two big rocks which we named hiro and shima. also listened to calvin harris new album cuz its lit. i lost 1 out of 17 with julien so I had to front flip into the nasty green spring pond by the clubhouse.

| | 630- long run today. I felt like garbage my legs were dead and I started struggling like 40 minutes in. i did the same as last week though, if i keep up then I can cut the minutes a bit. i kept having just bad lactic acid buildup so I would stop and shake my legs out for a second and then I would go catch up again. lol thank goodness for traffic lights though

| | 630am- 95 minutes with the boys and coach. we went up on the ridge and down in a loop around coral canyon and back. alot of the guys struggled today but i never really started feeling it. the pickups felt super chill to me and today just didnt feel like much effort. idk if it is from eating healthy or hydrating (i drank a ton at church yesterday) but yeah today was fine.

| | 7am- 50 minutes half on grass today. yesterday i was climbing a rock face like 15 feet above some water and some bats starteld me so i jumped off and landed too far out where there was a rock shelf. anyways that hurt on my bare feet so thats why i skipped striders cuz my foot is still sore.
before kids club i was hanging with my lil 1st graders and bottle flipping and such. they were all failing and i landed it first try so i said haha yall are garbage i landed it first try ... Then one of the moms was there (like one of the moms that stays with her kid everywhere and homeschools him and such) and she exclaimed to me "that is very innapropriate to call the children garbage". I thought she was kidding though or something and that made me laugh then she said its not a joke dont laugh, its called bullying. in my mind i was like I think its fine but I apologized and offered to apologize to the children (who were off having fun messing around and didnt even care). a couple hours later i sincerely apolagized again but she didnt say anything and gave a rude look. anyways im just sharing this story because psa dont be like that lady. dont get offended by stuff. you dont need that type of negativity in your life.
kids club was freaking legit today though i inspired greatness in the future generation. I love those kids there cool.
3pm- weights and 20 minute run in heat

| | 7am- ran up to sand hill and did that it was tough, we are missing alot of guys this week. when we got back like everybody already left. that was a good run though.
heard that jess got in a debate about if you need to eat red meat to be healthy. the answer is no. hmu if you want to lose that argument lol

| | 9am- took yesterday off and did my long run today since im leaving at 7 tomorrow to go hike. i did 90 min down off of the mountain and it sucked really bad. just a terrible run. it made me really sore, then i hit my knee on a door frame and smacked my hip on the counter

| | 7am- practice from vernon worthen park today. 60 minutes hilly run with striders. felt good, only had like 6 guys up there with us though. yesterday i watched a really good danny duncan video and he was training kevin to balance his life so that he doesnt fall down. really good deep thoughts by danny. hes a good guy. kevin doesnt even need the navy to become a man

| | 630am- went over and did a 5k in hurricane. warmed up for like 7 minutes. it was just me evan and nathan. i lead for most of it then let nathan and evan lead for the last mile. they did good, i still need to work on keeping my focus better in the last half of workouts. today was pretty much just a little faster and shorter than our usual tempos

| | 7am- had a time trial today and i got up late. anyway we raced and went out super slow and i was in the back of the pack kind of expecting carson or julien to get things moving but they were just chillin so i threw a major surge and lead for a bit. as soon as i did though my stomach started to cramp and i dropped back again. a bunch of the guys passed me and yeah i didnt feel to good idk why my guts just really hurt. legs and breathing were fine though i think. i was like 10 on the team i dont even know my time. the other guys did good though.
3pm- up at xc camp on cedar mountain. 25 minutes easy
