| | 7am- I have not rran for a while due to an upper hamstring injury. This was my first day running in like a week and I was super tired and out of shape but yeah it was a good 45 minute run.

| | 7am- 50 minute run with 20 minute tempo. I did a half mile grass warmup and then we ran over to the dirt mile and did the tempo which was like the first hard workout i have done in a while and it was hard.

3pm- 30 minute easy run to sulavan park. it was also dope. It was like 112 degrees I believe. The heat really is killer. After the run we had weights.

| | 8am- 50 minutes with 4x6:00 cruise intervals. It was super hard. I hurt my knee during the workout and adrenaline kept me going but as soon as the workout ended I could barely walk my knee hurt so bad.
