| | 7am- 25 easy on virgin rim trail after like 6 minutes of planks.
3pm- coach dropped us off on the road by navajo lake and we did 15 warm then 4,5,4,5,4 minute repeats at 8k pace on some dirt roads. that was a good workout for me. then swam in the lake it was great

| | 7am- 100 minutes on the virgin rim trail, 50 out 50 back. great long run even with all the hills. fun trail, we ended up getting like 13.25 miles i think. haha last night lost my phone outside and it rained pretty good but found it the next day out on the ground and its fine, galaxy s6 is indestructable
3pm- 25 easy, freakin tired though.

| | 7am- last night slept outside again with jose and miles. the stars were so dope and saw some cool meteors. this morning had a 4 mile hill workout and i did it good. last year this run sucked so bad. this week at camp has been some great workouts. @ 10000 ft elevation. camp was wayy fun.

6pm- Cedar Allcomers
chill race. i forgot the course i thought there was another lap so that was silly. most of the guys did pretty bad but we still won. we have alot to improve on for the next couple weeks.

3pm- 4.5 miles up delano peak, saw like 30 mountain goats
1030pm- for some reason we decided to run before bed so 70 more minutes. we ran up to the ski lodge then up to the top ski lift, then back down and back up the other road to finish.

| | 615am- weights and easy run. it bothered me how many people showed up to weights, i barely was able to get my lifts in because i had to wait for people to get out of the way but whatever

Desert Relays (0.95 Miles) 00:04:14, Place overall: 1 | | 615am- 25 easy and yoga and school spirit assembly in the morning. pine view is the greatest in the world.
630pm- Desert Relays- 3rd leg
ate some ramen for lunch so i was ready to go. actually felt a little iffy before the race but it didnt effect me too much. julien started us off in decent position. carson finished really strong to get us a bit of a lead before the hand off. casey(i think thats his name) caught me pretty quick but i stayed close behind for all the way down on the bottom of the course. coming back up he took the hill way far outside and gave me a few steps. i kept right on him on the last 400 then dusted him in the final 100. wayy closer of a race than it shouldve been but those guys gave a really good effort. cooled down to the greatest water in the world and ran across the driveway of victory. me and carson got 2 of the bowling pins and we celebrated.
twas a good night, i drove around with julien for a while getting supplies then got lit all night long at the runathon. no matter how pointless and unhealthy the runathon is its still a shiz ton of fun :)

3pm- we did a meeting for like 2 hours and i didnt even get athlete of the week. then 20 minutes easy

Got plenty of warmup. felt good and ready. Me and Carson started with the front group but fell off and didnt pick it up at all. Got caught by a group of 3 DH guys and passed 2 of them back on the finish. the rest of the guys didnt do very good either and with DH moving up as a group like that we got destroyed. So lots to work on as always. Julien is working on getting healthy and we have a couple weeks to get some work in before the next race.
