| Was not my best race.. It was a hilly course in Park City and my ankle started to hurt half way through.The meet was fun though we managed to cram 8 people into a really small tent. Plus we got to spend the time before our race coloring in coloring books.✏️

| Overall it was a good meet even thought we did not qualify for state. I got a pr by almost 2 minutes!!!😀😜 Felt really good for the whole race. I ran with the 4th and 5th runners for most of the way but finished behind them in the end.

| Went to the track ran a 2 mile warm up and then did 9x400 with 200 rest in between+1 mile cool down . My 400s were all around 95 seconsd except for the last one which was 84 seconds!
