Wiped out hard on the wakeboard and my rib was hurting so this run was tough.
3.15 in the afternoon
12 of the most miserable miles ever lol. Had to run to les schwab to get the car, they said their machine broke so they sent me to a different one to get the alignment. I did the rest of my run there and just felt dead and crummy. Oh well
Went after the CR on lossee canyon up and got it by 8 minutes. (Its a 3 mile uphill run down by Bryce canyon)
12.4 in pine AZ. Super pretty, ended up going up a mountain but it was flat up top
In surprise Arizona and it was soooo hot
