3 miles at 5:55 avg, 2 miles in the mid 6:30's, 2 miles at 5:35 avg. 1 mile in the mid 6:30's, then 1 mile at 5:15. 2 mile cooldown after. Felt alright for the 3 miles, great for the 2 miles, and thrashed for the 1 mile. Haven't run that fast in over a year.
