No run yesterday. I had work, but then my dad asked me to go help my aunt clean out her house so right after work I went to that and didn't get home til late. I figured better to miss yesterday then try to do a late night run and an early morning run.
First mile was a steep downhill which meant i had to come up it at the end. I ended up cruising pretty quick for the run so the last mile hurt. Down in toquerville to Huracane
