goal was to do the first steeple workout but after talking to the trainer he said absolutely no way I could even try because of my ankle. so I did the workout with the 5k/10k guys. 6x800, 2x400 was what the workout was but my breathing was kinda bad so I ended up doing 3x800, then rested one then did the last 2 800's and then did 200, and then 400. went 2:13, 2:11, 2:09, rest, 2:10, 2:12, 30, 60. Ankle felt fine for the most part. should be 100% by next week.
