Good times, thought coach was just going to have us run kinda fast but nothing too quick, but he had Talem take us out pretty quick. We came through 4:26 and then I didn't really have much motivation or speed to keep it up. didn't feel great at the beginning, but wasn't too bad either, just kinda marginal but I ran a very quick time in comparison to what I was planning on doing and what I thought I could do. I think I could have gone around 10 seconds faster had I wanted it and prepared mentally a little better. super happy with where I was at.
