That being said, my left calf is now starting to feel a little tight like my right calf was before it got really bad so I'll be taking care of that.

| 4 in the morning. plan is to front load the week and hit 55 this week
5x hilly 800. Felt super smooth, back, breathing, and everything was great.
Found out I'll be going as an alternate to nationals. If it was a flat course I would feel like that would be a good call, but since it is a pretty hilly course and I thrive on the hills I'm kinda disappointed but I guess it is what it is. I'll just have to not have any hiccups next year before nationals so I can prove that I am super fit.

| 9 miles total. did 7.5 plus some strides, then some steeple stretches, then did some practice running over hurdles and ran back to my apartment. Felt suprisingly smooth over the hurdles.

| 1200, 800, 1200, 800 jumping every other one for steeple. Not gonna lie, the warmup and the first 1200 and the first lap of the 800 I felt like I was super weak and couldn't breath. But it got better the further along. My form wasn't great, but on one jump I accelerated well into the hurdle and kept the momentum so that was the 1 time I jumped it well.

| Felt pretty awful both in the morning and during the workout. 4x800 2x400. Went 2:10, 2:11, 2:13, 2:15, 64, 63. Got dropped pretty good in the last 3 intervals. I'm hoping it's just my back or something because I don't think my fitness just magically disappears and reappears. It's just frustrating not being able to know when or why I don't/ do feel good.
