5x hilly 800. Felt super smooth, back, breathing, and everything was great.

Found out I'll be going as an alternate to nationals. If it was a flat course I would feel like that would be a good call, but since it is a pretty hilly course and I thrive on the hills I'm kinda disappointed but I guess it is what it is. I'll just have to not have any hiccups next year before nationals so I can prove that I am super fit.

Zack...congratulations on being selected as an alternate. I know it isn't exactly what you wanted, and I know very well what it feels like being selected as an alternate, but the entire year has been a team effort, and if it weren't for all of the members of the team working and pushing each other in workouts the racing team wouldn't be the team that they are. So their accomplishments are the entire team's accomplishment. Feel proud... You have had a good year, and still have track season to look forward to.

Thanks for the support! Always the goal is to look forward towards the future with hope, so that's what I will do.

Sorry to hear the disapppointing news. But hey! You are an alternate on the at worst second best team in the nation, which is quite the feat.
