1200, 800, 1200, 800 jumping every other one for steeple. Not gonna lie, the warmup and the first 1200 and the first lap of the 800 I felt like I was super weak and couldn't breath. But it got better the further along. My form wasn't great, but on one jump I accelerated well into the hurdle and kept the momentum so that was the 1 time I jumped it well.
