Ran two easy miles. I ran to the recreation center. used the stair stepper 20 minutes. weights, 30 minutes, upeer body and legs weight machines. then went to Pilates. good streatching class.
Ran with Bill Rogers (Dave) Alan Culpepper (Clyde) and a bald Prefontaine (Steve) Was feeling ok most of the run. We started off at the Dixie center. It was a little cold. We ran at a good comfortable pace. ( Must be hold back for old man day or something? ) Managed to run 6 fairly comfortably. only a little sorness in right calf. Feels good to run with the club again.
