| went out for a walk about. feeling kind of tired for some reason. along the way took a break and helped a couple of woman with children in the van change a flat tire. wrm yesterday around 90 degrees. still nice to run in compared to what it has been this last summer. |

| Decided to try out the tread mill. ran 1 mile to rec center for warm up. decided to see how i would feel after 13 miles at marathon pace 6:20. felt pretty good. bring on the marathon. |

| went out with Steve, Clyde, Dustin. started from central the start line of the marathon next week. the [plan was to run about 13 of the course. We got to veyo, and i had to take a pit stop. Steve was having some issues with his shoes and legs. We fell way behind Clyde and Dustin. By the time Steve and i got going again,we were miles behind. Steve was not having a good day. So i ran on ahead and met up with clyde and dustin returning in the car about mile 12. I was feeling pretty good so i decided to have them pick me up on the way back. I was able to get about 5 more mile's. I was beginning to think I would make it back to st.george before they picked me up. |
