“Bring it”  I made a goal to run a min of 70 miles this week.   To do this I have to run in the morning before work.   The alarm went off 5:30 am. It took me 20 minutes to get out the door.   Let the pain begin.  Nice easy run.  Not a babe in site. 

Ran another 7.5 tonight.  first 5 miles avg 7 min pace.   last two ,iles avg 6 min pace.

Slick and easy.      got up at 5:30 and ran in the dark.   had to be to work at 7 am.     

7 more. 3.5 on the road.  3.5 on the dreadmill.  I did find two dimes which just makes my day!

Stumbling and mumbling.   I got up to go work out at 5:30 am and i could not find my keys to my car.  I finally found them under the beef jerky on the counter 1/2 hour later.  Sweet Angela is due in  2.5 weeks and she still has no match on the spin bike.  I ran Three more on the dreadmill. 

I ran 8 on the dreadmill  tonight.   avg 6:40 pace.    last quarter cranked it up to  4:48 pace.

not an exciting morning!    Got up out the door. only did 4  easy miles.  I left baby garmin at home to catch up on sleep, she deserves some rest and needs to charge up her batteries. 

 

I met up with the Marathon Olympic trial club!  We started around 7 min pace and I was feeling ok.   It was hot and humid around 95 degrees.   Around mile 6 I really began to feel dehydrated. (Very dizzy.)  I slowed way down while our relentless team, Steve, Clyde, Steve O, Dave H.  picked up the pace.    I felt like I was going down the river with out a paddle and here comes the rapids!   I made it back to the store.  Spinning Steve and Clyde were nice enough to wait for me.  (Thanks guys)   We ended up running 11.5. I ran a mile warm up before we started.

Night of the living dead!  What a week . I did not do to well all night.  My Abs were sore,   ocassional spike of pain through my left calf.   I manageged to kick my self out of bed and run 5 miles.  avg 7:10 pace.  

6 more on the dreadmill.  6:40 pace

Met up with Dustin and decided to run the old city  course   We ran 13.5.  (  pre 15 before baby garmin crashed the party) Ran two and half up in hurricane at the cross country meet.    I am glad the week is over.   I can barley walk!   I walk like a duck and resemble a baby in its first steps.
