It was such a nice morning. I took 800 mg of ibuprofen last night. I woke up and was actually able to run at a good pace after about 1 mile warm up. It was 54 Degrees. Ran with Steve tonight. we had a good run. it was like old times again. just him and I and the road ahead. for a bald guy, He kept a pretty good pace.

Hey Bill

I won't be there tonight to run with the club, but I'm planning on doing the Swiss Days 5K and then doing some more miles afterwards on the marathon course.
