 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

8 miles with the legend they call Budda!    We met at the abbondon Bowling alley down by the Lake. Some experienced gentleman and his wife came up to Budda  and asked him if he would Burn down the bowling alley!       Budda and myself proceeded up to the resavior then back. Nice to have company for  change on a run!
