I started out around 8:30. all decked out and no one to run with. so I took the lonley trail by the virgin river and ended up running some of the painters half marathon route. My lower abs are very sore. takes me almost a mile of running to losen up. I could also tell that i had not ate properly because my energy level was way down. I need come to reality and realize that not eating right affects my training and performance. |
