 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

I showed up at the park at 4 pm. No one in sight from the club. I jogged a Mile. then decided to just go for an easy run around town. Last week was a joke as far as running. Maybe I just needed the mental break from it all. I will get 40 plus this week if all goes well.

I struggled last week also with running. I've been pretty busy with a lot of projects, but still not an excuse, hope to train better this week. Sorry about not showing up at the park I had a busy night last night.

Bill, its probably best that you didn't do any repeats last night. Let those legs recover a bit still and start building some mileage on them.

Hey Bill,

Sorry about yesterday. I got busy with the store and totally forgot. I've decided to stay in the store during "open hours" this week. So far, it's really jacking-up my running. I didn't run yesterday, and I haven't run today either.
