Ran with the club. Steve,Dustin, Clyde, and Dave showed. We ran out to Steves store and back. We did a mile tempo run half way back. The city already had the finish line all set up at the park. I think we are ready to all have pr times. I had a good night sleep last night. i do not think i will get much sleep tonight.

Wild Bull are you there? How are you feeling? I've been sore the last couple of days but today (tuesday) I'm starting to come out of it.
