Ran a slow 3 miles. My calves were extremely tight. And every time pushed off on the right calf I could feel a twitch. I stopped running and stretched. I walked home to be on the safe side.
I'm sure its from your big run Saturday. Keep it iced and loose and it will feel better by Saturday.

Funny you mentioned that web link I have already been on it a few times figuring out my goal pace, I'm thinking 2:47, but also considering 2:45. Anyway thanks for the info and working out the water tables.
